1. General Terms

By accessing the jdbkh platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. The terms on this page apply to all jdbkh services — football betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and related services.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration

To open an account at jdbkh, the player must be a resident of Myanmar. Each person may hold only one account. Registration is free and the player must ensure that all information provided is accurate.

The player takes full responsibility for the accuracy of information submitted during registration. Do not provide false information. If inaccuracies are found, the account may be suspended.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login ID and password secure. jdbkh is not responsible for any financial losses arising from an account where the player has not reported the issue.

• Do not share your account access with any third party.
• If a minor is found using the account, access will be revoked immediately.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact our support team right away.

2.3 One Account Per Player Policy

One account per person — opening a second account using the same IP address, payment card, phone number, or name is not allowed. If a violation is found, bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit at jdbkh using KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. After depositing, funds will normally appear in your account within 10–45 minutes.

• Only payment cards / phone numbers registered in your own name may be used.
• We reserve the right to decline funds sent by a third party.
• The player is solely responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legal source.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. If a bonus is active, you must meet its wagering requirement before withdrawing. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes.

3.3 Payment Verification

jdbkh may contact a player from time to time to verify payment records. This is done to protect the player's account.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jdbkh, you can receive a bonus of up to 200% of the deposit amount. The maximum bonus amount is 500,000 Ks.

Example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 1,020,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

You must wager 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus code can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into withdrawable cash.
• Stacking bonuses during play is not permitted.
• jdbkh reserves the right to cancel bonus offers for reasonable cause.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Game Records

Every game decision is recorded on the jdbkh server. If a dispute arises, the server record is the final reference. Please read the game rules before playing.

5.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection drops during play, the result recorded on the game server will stand and cannot be reversed. We recommend playing with a stable internet connection.

5.3 Fair Play

Players must respect fair play. If software exploitation, bot usage, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage is detected, the player will be banned immediately and no funds will be refunded.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jdbkh:

• Bonus abuse — for example, opening more than one account using similar details.
• Using bots, software, or any automated tools to play.
• Using the platform as a channel for money laundering.
• Threatening, abusing, or defrauding other players.
• Hacking platform services or taking any action that damages platform assets.
• Deliberately claiming an incorrect amount of funds.

Players who engage in any of the above conduct will not receive a refund and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Self-Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their own account can contact the support team 24/7 to request this. Self-exclusion for personal reasons is also available.

7.2 Closure by jdbkh

jdbkh may close an account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• A breach of any of these terms and conditions is found
• The account is found to have been opened with false information
• Prohibited gambling behaviour is detected
• There is suspicion that the account is being used for illegal purposes

7.3 Funds After Closure

In a fair closure (meaning — players who have not committed a breach), the remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Funds derived from bonuses and any unmet wagering requirements will not be returned after closure.

8. Personal Data Protection

jdbkh protects players' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Player data is secured with SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties.
